An Open in sports terminology refers to a sporting event or game tournament that is open to contestants regardless of their professional or amateur status, age, ability, gender, sex, or other categorization. In many sports, preliminary qualifying events, open to all entrants, are held to successively reduce the field to a manageable number for participation in a final championship event, which itself may involve elimination rounds.
The term 'Open' may not be absolute. For example, in the U.S. Open in golf, entrants at qualifying events must have a USGA official handicap of 1.4 or less. Other minimum performance standards or eligibility criteria may apply in other sports.
Opens are usually found in golf, tennis, badminton, quizbowl, fighting games, snooker, darts, volleyball, ultimate, squash and chess.

Room 39 (officially Central Committee Bureau 39 of the Korean Workers Party, also referred to as Bureau 39, Division 39, or Office 39) is a secretive North Korean party organization that seeks ways to maintain the foreign currency slush fund for the country's leaders, initially Kim Il-Sung, then, in progression, Kim Jong-il and Kim Jong-un.
The organization is estimated to bring in between $500 million and $1 billion per year or more and may be involved in illegal activities, such as counterfeiting $100 bills (see Superdollar), producing controlled substances (including the synthesis of methamphetamine and the conversion of morphine-containing opium into pure opiates like heroin), and international insurance fraud.
Although the seclusion of the North Korean state makes it difficult to evaluate this kind of information, many claim that Room 39 is critical to Kim Jong-un's continued power, enabling him to buy political support and help fund North Korea's nuclear weapons program.
up the ante and raise some hell
I'm on a quest for vengeance
and time will tell
gotta break the silence
and bend the rules
it's a paid vacation on a ship of fools
they say to let your conscience
always be your guide
but grass ain't always greener
on the other side
bipartisan just suits you
and you wear it well
your attitude has given
reason to rebel
time will tell
face the music, and face the fact
that we're comin at you,
better watch your back
it's an operation to test the will
gonna brief the nation
in a stone cold kill
a gross misunderstanding
seems to have taken place
for apathetic reason
to blow up in your face
the powertrip has ended
so leave what's left behind
this quest is never ending
can't buy that peace of mind
